Large space with a great community and owners. I never did well with globo gyms and decided to give this a try. Six years, many great friendships and over 100# lost later, I can truly say this place can change your life.

I love this place. I have been going here for about 6 weeks. The other athletes are friendly and encouraging. The positive atmosphere has really helped me get back into fitness after a year and a half layoff (read being lazy on the couch). I ten

Absolutely love this place and the people! If you don't know how to plan a workout for yourself, come to CrossFit, they have everything planned out for you and a coach is always available to help.
